1. Can Marquees Only Be Erected On Grass?
Clear span marquees can be built on most surfaces and can also be butted up to buildings.

2. What Size Marquee Should I Have?
We need a few details from you i.e. number of guests seated and type of event then we would be able to recommend a size.

3. When Will The Marquee Be Erected?
At least a day or two before but we are flexible with building time requirements.

4. Where Do I Start?
You can let the Castle Marquees Event Team Manage your whole event from the start, you will be able to relax and enjoy your event knowing that castle is taking care of everything for you. Otherwise Castle Marquees can advise you with contact numbers and proven suppliers i.e. bands, DJs, toilets, caterers, bars and bar licensing, casinos, outdoor toys, cars and buses.

5. Have You Got A Show Room?
Yes, we have got a show room, just give us a call to make an appointment. You will be able to view our furniture, lighting, linings and valences.

6. What Area Do You Cover?
Generally the South East, but all other areas are considered.

7. Do You Have Hidden Charges?
Everything will be itemised on your quote and the total on the quote is what you will pay.

8. Have You Got Any Venues?
Yes, we have many throughout Essex.

9. Can The Marquees Be Heated?
We have a very comprehensive range of heaters from 20kva to 200kva. These indirect thermostatically controlled.

10. Are Your Marquees Sign Written?
All of our marquees are white and free of sign writing.

11. Will Bad Weather Effect Our Event?
With our experience of long term hire throughout the winter and our quality equipment this should not effect your event.
